For dinner, Ett Bord ('one table') offers a tasting menu entitled Small dishes – big flavours . The same concept is offered for lunch, only with fewer courses. The menu is based on local organic produce in season, and tasty vegetables usually play the starring role in each dish, with meat, fish and fowl in supporting roles on the plate.
Parts of the menu are available as take-away in single and family portions.
